Veteran Retraining

Every fighting line has a next dog. Retrain a veteran at any city on home soil — for Treats — and it climbs its line: Bully to Tug-of-War Veteran to Pack Commander, and beyond.

Retraining keeps every promotion and all the XP the pup ever earned. It costs a flat fee plus twice the build-cost gap, takes the pup’s whole day, and needs the new unit’s tech.

Unique pups retrain into the common lines, so a treasured early companion never tops out.
